Hi,
This is having me tearing my hair out! I want to send a letter to a number of suppliers, each of which has a number of different contracts with our company i.e. Supplier X will have Contract 1 and Contract 2 Supplier Y will have Contract 3 and Contract4 I don't want to send lots of different letters to the same supplier, just one detailing all the the contracts they have. At the moment the data is in Excel. I think the answer may be in using Access (One to Many Relationship?) or using Field codes in Word. I can set up tables and queries in Access, so would prefer that way. Any ideas. Thanks, Andrew |

Hi Andrew,
You can use Word's Catalogue/Directory Mailmerge facility for this (the terminology depends on the Word version). To see how to do so with any mailmerge data source supported by Word, check out my Microsoft Word Catalogue/Directory Mailmerge Tutorial at: http://windowssecrets.com/forums/sho...ngs-(2000-2010) or http://www.gmayor.com/Zips/Catalogue%20Mailmerge.zip Do read the tutorial before trying to use the mailmerge document included with it.
