Question Mail Merging to provide bundles based on Supervisor

Hi, Im currently working on Performance ratings and wanted to know if you could mail merge multiple documents into a single PDF, but have multiple bundles based on a field or a header label? I have 5500 employees and 836 supervisors. I need to create a signle PDF with each supervisors employees and dont want to do it manually.

Merge Many To One may do what you require, depending on what information you want presented.
