Hi all,
I'm using the Send Mailmerge Output to Individual Files vba to create individual PDFs from a MailMerge. I'm running the script against the main mail merge doc, but when I run the code, nothing is visibly happening. The docs aren't generated but no errors are showing up either. I've run through every post on this board but don't seem to be able to find a solution. The doc is attached. Any help would be much appreciated! |

Hi - I can't see much from just this file without the Excel file to merge from.
But, since your desired end result is a PDF format, have you tried running the mail merge without the macro, getting one file, with many pages, converting to PDF, and then using the Extract tool in Adobe, extract to individual documents? That would at least figure out whether the problem is with the merge and not the macro. |

Hey,
Thanks for the reply. A sanitised excel doc is attached. Just to be clear, I can run the merge as normal without the VBA, output a word doc, export as PDF and split the files individually, so I would assume that the issue is with how the script is being applied rather than an issue with the documents, but I can't see any specific issues on my side. |
