Nextif rule for multiple records starts from next row and not next record

Dear all,

I am trying to use mail merge with next if to show multiple records under same order.

I have used a test column to identify end of the order.

Although mail merge provides all records in one order, it starts next document from second row instead second order.



I want your help to correct this concern.
