Nested Fields using Conga for Salesforce
Hello all,
I have a question. Hopefully you can help. I am using conga for salesforce. I need to wite an if condition something like this: if FieldA >=140 and FieldB >=90 then FieldA-FieldB get red color if FieldA between 120-139 and FieldB between 80-89 then FieldA-FieldB get yellow color if FieldA < 120 and FieldB < 80 then FieldA-FieldB get green color thank you in advance |

For those of us that don't have either Conga or Salesforce...
Is this a mail merge you are trying to setup the merged fields for? Or are you looking for vba code to post-process a document after content has been applied?

There are conditions that your outline hasn't addressed. For example:
• FieldA < 120 and FieldB >= 90 • FieldA >=140 and FieldB < 80 And, when your say FieldA-FieldB gets coloured, is this a subtraction of FieldB from FieldA, and the result gets coloured or do you want both FieldA and FieldB coloured without subtraction? PS: Please don't post questions about the same issue in multiple threads. Discussions merged.

sorry it is not subtraction. output will be sometging like this 115-80
And Macropod, based on the requirement I will not need to have these two conditions. Thank you for taking a look at my question. {If FieldA >= 140 {If FieldB>=90 " FieldA-FeildB"} {If FieldA < 140 {If FieldB<90 "FieldA-FeildB"} {If FieldA<120 {If FieldB <80 "FieldA-FeildB"}} i did something like this but did not work |

The examples I gave of conditions not catered for in post #4 were just two or numerous possibilities that you hadn't addressed and, without knowing about what is expected of them, we can't provide a solution. You need to tell us what the expected output is for all 9 possible results:
• A < 120 & B < 80 • A >= 120-<140 & B < 80 • A>= 140 & B < 80 • A < 120 & B >= 80-<90 • A >= 120-<140 & B >= 80-<90 • A> 140 & B >= 80-<90 • A < 120 & B > 90 • A >= 120-<140 & B > 90 • A>= 140 & B > 90 So far, you've managed to address only 5 of the 9 possible results.
