Mail Merge 5.75 x 8.75 Doesn't Print Return Address
Using Office 365 with addresses from an Excel worksheet. The mail merge works fine and see the return addresses on screen but it does not appear on the envelope. I am using an HP LaserJet 400 MPF M425 printer. The address does appear if printed to letter paper. Anyone have any suggestions?

That really depends on what mergefields you have on your labels. Without seeing your mailmerge main document (which you could attach to a post via the paperclip symbol on the 'Advanced' page), no-one here can provide much more guidance.

I have uploaded my mail merge document and an extract of the address list which needs to be renamed xmas.xls. Does this help you troubleshoot my issue? Jim S

The return address appears if the merge is sent to a new document. That document's size, of course, matches that of your mailmerge main document (i.e. your nominated 8.75in x 5.75in envelope size).
Does it print if you print from that document? If not, are you sure you're using the right envelope size in Word? If your answer is yeas to both those questions, you may have a faulty/out-dated printer driver. In that case, go to the maker's website and download & install the latest printer driver for your printer & system.
