Default Mail Merge with 4 datasets

I hope someone can assist with a work document I have been intermittently working on and off for months.

The document is a reminder document to be sent out to medical centres for children who are overdue for vaccinations.

. There is the individual's information (e.g. surname, given name, DOB etc)
. The name of the medical centre (which is in the same table in the Word document as the individual's information)
. The vaccinations the individual is overdue for
. The vaccinations the individual has had previously

The data can either be in one spreadsheet or 4 sheets

Unfortunately I don't have the skillset to figure this out. I have tried to modify other information I have found on this forum with no success.

I have requested support from the IT department and no luck..

Thanks
Jen

See the discussion in the Microsoft Word Catalogue/Directory Mailmerge Tutorial 'Sticky' thread at the top of this page (https://www.msofficeforums.com/mail-...-tutorial.html) on the use of DATABASE fields in conjunction with a mailmerge. The article includes links to oher threads with examples. Depending on what you're trying to achieve, you may be able to the approach described there. It is possible to use more than one DATABASE field in a mailmerge maind document, each refencing a different data source.
