![]() I have cracked removing blank rows and creating PDF's but cannot get both processes to run at once - I can have PDF's or rows removed not both. Anyone any advice? I just need to find a way to get the Macro to do both! |

Since you haven't posted whatever code you're working with, it's impossible for anyone to provide meaningful advice about that.
That said, see: • Split Merged Output to Separate Documents and, better still, Send Mailmerge Output to Individual Files in the Mailmerge Tips & Tricks 'Sticky' thread at the top of this forum - https://www.msofficeforums.com/mail-...s-tricks.html; and • https://www.msofficeforums.com/137121-post2.html & https://www.msofficeforums.com/129119-post4.html. The For each Tbl loop in either post could simply be inserted before the 'Save As' line in either of the macros referred to above.

Sorry, I should be clear I've been in both those threads and managed to do that. Also been on another thread and managed to collect a code which removes rows if blank when looking at a particular column of cells.
The bit I'm struggling with or if it even possible is if I can combine those macros so it removes the rows as it creates individual documents. |

Did you read the last sentence in my previous reply?
