Angry Group multiple data sets

Hi All,

I am hoping someone can assist me asap on the below issue.

I am trying to email customers with details of products they owe payment. I am using NEXTIF and SET ID codes in mail merge tool and trying to group the multiple rows by customer to send one email per customer but facing problems as lines keep duplicating. Below is an example table.

Customer Product Price Primary Email Secondary Email
Clare Product 1 120 XYZ@DXB.com muskhal17@hotmail.com
Clare Product 2 130 XYZ@DXB.com muskhal17@hotmail.com
Dave Product 3 140 XYZ@DXB.com muskhal17@hotmail.com
Sean Product 4 150 XYZ@DXB.com muskhal17@hotmail.com
Sean Product 5 160 XYZ@DXB.com muskhal17@hotmail.com
Sean Product 6 170 XYZ@DXB.com muskhal17@hotmail.com
Sean Product 7 180 XYZ@DXB.com muskhal17@hotmail.com
John Product 8 190 XYZ@DXB.com muskhal17@hotmail.com
John Product 9 200 XYZ@DXB.com muskhal17@hotmail.com

If someone is able to assist asap on this it would be much appreciated.

Thnx

One way would be to use a DATABASE field in a normal ‘letter’ mailmerge main document and a macro to drive the process. An outline of this approach can be found at:
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...1-1996c14dca5d
Conversely, if you're using a relational database or, Excel workbook with a separate table with just a single instance of each of the grouping criteria, a DATABASE field in a normal ‘letter’ mailmerge main document could be used without the need for a macro. An outline of this approach can be found at:
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...f-8642e46fa103
For some working examples (though not necessarily for email), see:
