Directory Merge stop table break onto 2 pages
Hi all, I've setup a catalogue/Directory merge that includes several tables of varying size, the problem is they are breaking across multiple pages.
I need to ensure each table stays together on the same page, being a directory merge the unchecking the table option 'Allow row to break across pages' doesn't work. Is it even possible to stop the tables breaking across pages in a directory merge ? I assumed I need a conditional page break, but if the only option is to run a macro after the merge has run then that is fine. I've spent so many hours searching for solutions I hope someone can steer me in the right direction please. Many thanks Dave |

Simply format the paragraphs within the table with the 'keep together' and 'keep with next' attributes.

Thank you so much Macropod, it worked perfectly
I realise now I had only tried unchecking 'allow row to break across pages' and had not set the 2nd paragraph/page break setting to 'Keep together = true' Thank you so much Dave |
