I did review that thread and attempted to try what it said, and it didn't work.
I want to remove the line in the letter ONLY if the Status Cell says closed, but leave the line if it is empty. Please note this is a memo so has hard coded wording infront of the merge field, and I would like the entire line clear if the status is closed. Store # <Store #><Status> <--- if Status is CLOSED remove this entire line Name <Name> Address <Address> Open Store Store # 1234 Name Company Name Address 458 Left Lane Closed Store Name Company Name Address 135 Right Avenue |
