Converting mail merge templates to Word Templates in MS CRM. Need to know if there is a way to generate a series of prompts for users to fill out and help them select different template language options?

CRM has to work in docx. and will not support macros.

I did use the ctl-f9 fillin in option but the prompt doesn't automatically display after merging. I have to hover over the section and manually trigger it to display... not what I was going for.
