Mail Merge checkboxes
I am trying to fill out a form using mail merge and I am having trouble with checkboxes.
Attached is the image from the survey that someone would take from their mobile device and press the appropriate response. The second image is what excel records as the response and the third image is my word document that I am wanting the data to check. How do I it? Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. |

I had 78 questions with 5 possible responses that was a lot of work. Is there some way to expedite this process?

I would be looking at the source data and do the transformation there. For instance, in Excel, build the formula so there is a field there that contains the result you need so you can just drop it in directly in Word.
