mail merge queries not displaying

Default mail merge queries not displaying

I am trying to mail merge in MSWord 7.
Using one Access database merging using a query works fine. All queries are displayed allowing me to choose the one that I want.
In another another Access database using the same type of database structure and exactly the same query many of the queries are not displayed including the one that I need.

How can I resolve this problem?
