Default Many to One Mail Merge Issue

Microsoft services

I am having difficulties with the Many to One tutorial provided by Macropod. I have provided a link to my One Drive with the examples. The main Word doc has the mergefield setup I am using from the tutorial. The other two docs show the issue I am running into and the end result I am trying to achieve, if possible. This is on a work PC, so add-ons will not be possible. I appreciate any guidance provided.

With a few modifications (Mailmerge Main Document (Revised).docx added to your One Drive) you could use Merge Many To One to produce the output in def.docx.

Thanks for the reply Graham. As much as I would love to use your add-on, I forgot to mention this will be used on a work PC. It is Fort Knox when trying to add anything to it. Any other ways?
