Word don't get connect external DDE

Good afternoon.
I have a word direct mail DDE connected to excel.
The first document I did work perfectly, but I had to change some things, and now the informations come wrongly.
I already checked the box in excel to ignore others apps DDE, but doesn't worked.
How to fix it please?
Change the registry key doesn't work too, I think I did correctly.
