Mail Merge Exponent Format

I am working on the mail merge in Word 2016. I have a problem with certain merge fields which obtain data from Excel 2016: long numbers like 44100160145009 are shown in Word as 4,4100160145e+13. In Excel they are shown correctly. Does anyone have any idea what I have done wrong? Thank you!
