Default Conditional mail-merge by Excel cells

Hi everyone,

I have attached sample Excel table, where in each row I have 1 person and then there are columns with different dates where it is marked if person was present at the class on that day (data.xlsx).

Is it possible to create mail-merge, where each person in table would get certificate (ie. Certificate.docx) only for the dates where he/she was attending the class?

So in the examples from my attached files John Doe would get 2 certificate letters (for 13. and 14. 10. 2020) and Jane Doe would get 2 certificate letters (for 12. and 13. 10. 2020).
Attached Files
File Type: xlsx data.xlsx (8.6 KB, 12 views)
File Type: docx Certificate.docx (11.9 KB, 9 views)
