Saving Mailmerge Template for future use
I do a regular Mailmerge using the same label size/layout with an individual excel file but everytime I do it I have to start from scratch and set up the layout for the labels - insert merge field etc. How can I save this once set up for future use so then all I have to do is go back in and decide if I want to print labels for the whole file of just a section ? |

So why don't you simply save the mailmerge main document once you've done all the set-up, including connecting to the data source? That's how it's normally done.
Having done that, you'll get an SQL prompt when you next open the document. Answer 'Yes' to that and it'll be ready to run the next merge.
