Default Suppressing lines

In attached document you can see a formula that hides data based on NewRowId merge field. So in my excel data I can manipulate what tables I want to show. My question is: could I suppress these tables if they don't meet NewRowId criteria?

Thank you for your help!

Your question is ambiguous, and neither your workbook nor your document make apparent what it is you're trying to achieve.
