Good afternoon!



I have an address template sheet I want to print (Avery 5160), I want to plugin names from a database of names.

So I would have the generic address on line two and three:

4501 Constitution Blvd,
Taylorsville, UT 84129, United States

And then I would the name of the person on line one:

Cassandra Hart
Jon Gardner
Rebecca Lisor

Etc….
