Your syntax as printed is a tad awry, but if you use


{IF { MERGEFIELD F12 } = "Client - DNWTP" "This letter confirms that in accordance with your instructions, ABC Group will no longer be representing you in connection with your { MERGEFIELD F11 } claim." "" }


and the Field F12 contains "Client - DNWTP" then the code works as intended
