Default Mail merge with 2 sources

Hi. Our office pay slip contains info every month through a mailmerge from Excel. I would like to add a "To Date" column after the "This Month" column in the pay slip but the source is in another sheet but the same workbook. Is there a way do this?
My laptop cannot connect to with the cp hotspot so I cannot attach a file, sorry.
Thank you.
