Either you're not using the attachment I provided or, by saving it in the docx format, you have deleted the macro. MS Word would have warned you about that.

It is possible that, wihout knowing, I deleted the macro when I was replacing the code you provided by the existing code of the main document. I remember on the menu I went to view-macro and replaced the code that existed there by the code you provided. I don’t know how to proceed.

Unlikely, as an empty code module would still be there.

Try the attached.

Thank you for your effort, unfortunately the print out is the same as the previous code (no monthly subtotals) and general total

That simply is not possible unless you disabled (or failed to enable) the macro.

I perfectly enabled macros as you can see on attached screenshot. The first screenshot is what I used to print the document

Your 1st screenshot tells me nothing about whether macros have been enabled.
Your 2nd screenshot tells me Word is waiting for you to respond to the macro warning.

Even if you enable macros, the included macro will only run if you actually complete the merge (i.e. via Finish & Merge>Edit Individual documents).

To complete the merge is what I did incorrectly. I did Finish & Merge> Print documents instead of Finish & Merge> Edit Individual documents. Thank you for all your guidance during these weeks long and perhaps tiresome demands from me. Now the code works perfectly, thank you abundantly. I also apologize for my English, it is not my first language.

@MacroPod,
Thanks for the posting and that he task can be completed. However, using your example files and extending the data for a larger merge, I see that it is a slow process.
Tested at 25 Clients and took several minutes. My target merge will have ~800 "clients"
It appears that during the merge, the DATABASE field is reconnecting to the table to run the new query.
I like the DATABASE field method, however, would you suggest a different methodology for larger merges?
Best speed method?

That is an extraordinarily long time for just 25 clients - it should complete in a few seconds. And, even at 800 clients, I'd expect completion in well under 1 minute. I suspect your system/merge has other issues you haven't told us about.
