My outlook account has been frozen by Microsoft 2 times for sending an email and/or calendar invite to over 40+ people, it was detected as possible spam, I believe. I need to be able to send emails to over 40+ people on a regular basis and was told by GoDaddy (or exchange) that Mail Merging could solve that issue. My fear is that if I successfully do a mail merge to 40+ people, my account will be frozen again and I'll lose access to my email for a third time. Can anyone confirm if mail merging will freeze my account again, or of another solution to try?

This is not a Word or mailmerge issue - it's caused by either your service provider treating bulk emails as spam, or because someone has reported your unsolicited emails as spam.
