Default Shading cells with Mail Merge

Hi all,

This is my first post, I decided to write a question after looking for the solution in the forums and following the instructions provided by macropod here.

I'm incapable of shading a cell (I use instructions in paragraph "Conditionally Shade Table Cells" from the previous link).

I attached three files: "Fieldcodes.png" with the code inside the cell (tab to the right, margins to 0), "Fieldcodes2.png" with the cell expanded so you can see the characters used (tab, line break...) and "Finalresult.png" that shows the outcome.

Other issue is that the cell has its height increased due to the quantity of code involved, how can I reduce the height to just the size of the final number shown?

I use Windows 10 and Office 365.

Thanks a lot. Regards.

The instructions in the link say to highlight the 'I' in each 'IF' with the relevant highlight colour. Instead, you've simply applied a text colour to them.

Thank you so much! It was so easy and I did't realize that.

I discovered also how to change the size of the cells, deactivating the field codes (ALT+F9) and then adjusting the size.

Best regards!
