Hello there,
I am trying to modify my serial printing of adress lables and envelopes in Word. I have search the internet but could not find anything helpful. After pressing Alt+F9 this one appears: {ADRESSBLOCK\f"<<_COMANY_>><<_FIRSTO_>><<_LASTO_>> <<_SUFFIXO_>><<_STREET1_>><<_STREET2_>><<_POSTAL_> ><<_CITY_>><<_COUNTRY_>>"\|1032\c2\e"Ελλαδα"\d} In the internet they wrote to change postal to {MERGEFIELD POSTAL #"00000;;"}. Do I have to set the {} extra? Do I have to leave the _ front and back? My problem printing the ZIP codes for the lables/envelopes correctly is that eg. German ZIPs sometimes start with a 0 or Dutch and British have a combination of letters and numbers. The labeling refers to an Excel file. I created the adresses manualy as well as I tried the block function of word to create adresses but I have the same problem with Germany and Netherlands. Thanks for any ideas. Elisabeth |
