Default Merge using software that uses MS Word-doc & normal template set to arial, generates in calibri!

Using Accounting software (IRIS) to produce a merge type document which is Microsoft Word based. Template is created in word and merged document is generated in word. Both the template and the normal.dot are set to font Arial 10, but document generates in Calibri 11! Anyone have any ideas?? There are no other options with the Accounting software to specify text formatting. The Accounting software support team are likely to be clueless!!

Thanks for your time.

It's quite possible you're getting those results because:
• The paragraph Style whatever fields you're using is set to Calibri, but someone has merely changed the appearance via direct formatting; and/or
• The field codes for whatever fields you're using are formatted with Calibri.

Thanks very much, I'll investigate those.
