Question Word Mail Labels - Add a line & predefined text if missing from label - help

Hello,

I have about 1200 labels with names and addresses in a word doc.

Example:

Mary Smith
123 Spring Lane
Anytown, NY 10001

The ideal outcome would for the labels to come out with the additional line and text italicized in the example below:

Mary Smith
Or Current Resident
123 Spring Lane
Anytown, NY 10001

Is there a way for word or mail merge to add this missing line & predefined text to all labels? I'm stuck looking for answers, and my last resort will be to C&P manually.

Thanks for your help/answers in advance and happy holidays!

If you want it to apply to all labels then simply type it on the first label before propagating the labels e.g.

{ MERGEFIELD FirstName } { MERGEFIELD LastName }
Or Current Resident
{ MERGEFIELD Address }
