Date is displayed in the wrong format
Trying to investigate this, and it might not be an issue with Word, but I wanted to ask just in case.
I have a Word document that has several "merge" fields. The fields all reference Salesforce.com. The issue I'm having is this: The merge field is referencing a "date" field in Salesforce. The date field is Salesforce show a date formatted like this: 12/26/2019 When I generate the document (using Conga Composer) the date in the Word doc is formatted like this: 2019-12-26. There are no macros running. Does anyone have an idea of why Word is displaying the date in a different format then the field in Salesforce.com? Thank you Shawn |

Hi,
I ran into this problem and it bugged me for a long time. Here's the solution: Microsoft Word: Modify the format of your dates when using the Word Mail Merge feature | Xylos Regards, Martin |
