Default Mail Merge Letter with mulitple rows of data for each recipient

Hi all,

Can you please assist with helping me set up my letter. I previously used the "formulas" with success but am now receiving an error message. Attached is the letter I'm trying to put together along with the spreadsheet.

I've also tried using Mail Merge4 document and the data from the spreadsheet is going on separate pages instead of in the single document.

I guess I've lost some brain cells since I last did this . I've tried reading the tutorial over and over but am totally lost and could really use your help and guidance.

Thank you so much!!

May I suggest that you employ Merge Many To One which, with some minor changes to your letter (attached), will produce the results required - example also attached.

Thank you "Master" Graham!!!

I can't believe how easy you made this ...embarrassing.

As a follow up, is there a way to create individual letters from a directory as you can do with the letter templates?

Thanks again!!!

It was a lot of work and many revisions, as for the rest, something got lost in translation here - what exactly are you trying to do? If you mean split letters using a directory merge, then see Paul's tutorial at the top of this forum.
