Default Moving Words Down

I am using L7161 so 18 to a page. I am wanting data exactly half way up label but when I enter or something the bottom row jumps to another page? The size of font is about 45.

Basically what I am asking is how do I move the data halfway between top and bottom of each label please?

Labels are tables. Set the table format vertical alignment to Center
