Is there any way to make mailmerge look at all rows for formatting?
I have read and experienced that mailmerge only looks at the first 10-15 rows for formatting. I am using OLE and DO NOT want to use DDE. It is a problem when I have 9 digit zip codes as well as 5 digit, the 9 digit zips wont be recognized if there is not one in the first couple rows. Similarly with names that will not be recognized. They both default to 0 (I assume this is because it is defaulting to number formatting), not just in formatting, but in the actual recipient list.
So is there any way to make mailmerge reference more than the first 10-15 rows for formatting? Thanks |
