This worked in a previous document (from last year), but when I used the same doc with a new list (same fields), I got the "Error! Unknown op code for conditional" message. I've checked for missing & extra spaces, etc. but can't figure out what's going wrong.
I can't seem to paste here, so attaching a doc that shows the code. |

Your field codes work fine for me. They are way over-engineered, though. See attached.
