Mailmerge sends sometimes with text and others in blank

I hope someone can help me with this predicament:


I've been using mailmerge to send an attached information to 600 users, but some of them are missing the text and only keeping the colored background.


When it sends correctly, it looks like the attached example A01
when the sent message goes wrong, it looks like the attached example A02


This happens randomly, it can send correctly to 5, then miss the text at the following 12, then sending correctly again to 2 and so on.





I'm sending this email to 50 users at a time (every 1 hour), the way i build the email was adding two square shapes, the one in front with the text and the other behind with the picture, I group them, and send them. the first batch of 50, 7 came out wrong, the next one had 19, then 30 and the final batches only 2 came out correctly



Restarting word fixes the issue, but i'm not completely sure that's the solution. I went with a lower batch of 10 users at a time (max 50 per hour) and 599 out of 600 emails came out well.
