If you want to email something an ensure it retains the required formatting, you need to send whatever it is as an attachment. For your purposes, that means either a fillable PDF or Word document (probably with formfields, for maximum portability).

Thanks for your suggestion, macropod.
I don't actually want to send the form as an attachment, though. I prefer to have the form within the body of the email. I've managed to 'contain' the form within the body of the email previously, just can't seem to achieve it this time. I'm hoping someone will be able to let me know how it can be done, please ![]() Thanks |
