Mailmerge to Individual Files Creating Extra Pages
I've recently been tasked with splitting a mail merge into individual PDFs and naming them using information contained in one of the merge fields. After doing some searching, I came across this forum and found the Mail Merge Tips & Tricks thread and was able to use the macro under "Send Mailmerge Output to Individual Files." The files are split appropriately and are named correctly, however, each PDF contains an extra page with the footer on it. If I merge the document in Word, the page is not there. Any advice?

Most likely your mailmerge main document has extraneous content (e.g. empty paragraphs) at the bottom. Without seeing it though, it's impossible to know for sure.

Thanks, macropod, that was exactly the issue!
