Mail Merge problem with greeting line and address block in envelope

Hi Microsoft Experts,

I was just wondering if you can take a look at the mail merge I was working on. I am having a problem on the greeting line and the address block in the letter and envelope. First, when I go to the greeting line and scroll down the different senerios on the greeting line format it does not change. Second, when I change the match fields it changes the greeting line, the address block of the envelope and the address block of the letter. Not sure what is going on. Can you look into this situation for me? Thank you very much. I've included the file of the letter and my contacts from the excel spreadsheet that I am working on. Joe, from Michigan.
