Default Email Instead of Printing Document

Hi,

The code you please works for the project I have, but instead of printing the letters with empty rows deleted, I need to email the letters, is it possible to make changes to the code to accommodate this request?

Code:
Sub MailMergeToDoc()
Application.ScreenUpdating = False
Dim Tbl As Table, r As Long
ActiveDocument.MailMerge.Execute
With ActiveDocument
  For Each Tbl In .Tables
    With Tbl
      For r = .Rows.Count To 3 Step -1
        With .Rows(r)
          If Len(.Cells(2).Range.Text) = 2 Then .Delete
        End With
      Next
    End With
  Next
End With
Application.ScreenUpdating = False
End Sub

No, since no documents is produced for a merge to email.

Depending on your requirements, you may be able to achieve the desired result using a DATABASE field in a normal ‘letter’ mailmerge main document and a macro to drive the process. An outline of this approach can be found at:
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...1-1996c14dca5d
Conversely, if you're using a relational database or, Excel workbook with a separate table with just a single instance of each of the grouping criteria, a DATABASE field in a normal ‘letter’ mailmerge main document could be used without the need for a macro. An outline of this approach can be found at:
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...f-8642e46fa103
For some working examples, see:

Merge excel list into Word Receipt
(the second of these uses a macro to apply some additional formatting).
