Default Mail Merge Document

I created an Access database in which Microsoft Word retrieves its merge information. Everyone is working fine except for 1 computer. Everyone time i open the document named "No_Card.dot", i get the following error message:

"25DB0C63.dot is a mail merge main document. Word can not find the data source"

Everytime I click on it, its giving me a different .dot file name. I'm assuming its getting some temp file name. Anyone know how to solve the problem?

Its works on other computers. I'm using Microsoft Office 2010.

Your description suggests there's a network issue, rather than a Word issue as such.

I dont understand why no one else is having this problem. And why does it give me a strange file name? When I manually insert the Access query, it bounces me back to the Access table. It wont recognize the Access query. Can anyone explain why when I open up "No_Letter.doc" file the error message is "25OE25TGS.dot cant merge." Where is it getting this strange file name from?

Every Word document is based on a template; in this case, it seems your 'No_Letter.doc' document is based on, or requires access to, a template named '25OE25TGS.dot'.
