My eyes are not what they were, but I cannot see what labels you actually have. The illustration shows lots and you will need the Word template that most closely matches what you have.
As these are clearly not Avery labels and don't appear to have the margins that Avery labels have, you will need a ruler and the label sheet and some plain paper of the same size. Change the options for the label that is closest to provide the correct layout. Create a new document and add borders to the table before printing on plain paper. Then hold the paper over the label so that you can see where the alignment is out. Make adjustments and try again. You may need a few attempts before you get a usable template.
