Picture mail merge in office 2016

Dear Team,

I am a beginner,
I am having a folder
1. D:\photo in which all my photo in jpg format are there

2. Excel file in d:\ where all my address field are there
3. I want to have a merger of name with photo on a word file

Kindly help , please mention all steps, I tried all possibilities by google search
