Default How to name a pdf output with Word 2016 mailmerge

Hi everyone. I have a Word 2016 doc set up to do a mailmerge from an excel 2016 spreadsheet and then export to separate pdfs for each record. It works perfectly. But I would like to be able to use the data from one, hopefully two of the execl columns to name the output pdfs respectively. Currently the pdfs documents are named with a generic name with sequential numbering.

For example: if two of the columns were titled Country and Name I would like each pdf record to be output with a name that reflects the name and country for its respective record. i.e. :

United States John Smith
Mexico Juan Pablo
Brasil Noah Arujo

Can it be done and if so how?

Thanks in advance for any help with this.
