I need to create a 2-up (5 1/2 X 8 1/2 on an 8 1/2 X 11) that will be cut into pages for a one sided directory.
How do I set MS Word so that both "columns" are printed before my printer ejects the page? Todd |

You could use a NextRecord field at the start of the second column, with a set of the same mergefields as for the first column following the NextRecord field.
