Microsoft Word and Excel 2010 Mail Merge importing contacts as "Next Record"
I am trying to mail merge to print nametags for an event tomorrow. I have done basically every trouble shoot I can find on the internet from saving the excel doc as .csv to just a workbook to opening the workbook while i mail merge to closing it. I go through all the steps on the mail merge wizard and it always imports the contacts as just «Next Record». What am I doing wrong?

Why are you saving the Excel file to csv? That isn't necessary for a mailmerge.
Have you actually inserted any mergefields into the first label? See: https://support.office.com/en-us/art...a-b90460358ad5
