Start Mail Merge Greyed Out

Hello,

I'm using Word 2016 and Outlook 2016 via Office 365, desktop versions.

In my word document when I click Mailings only Envelopes and Labes are clickable everything else is greyed out.

I am trying to Start a mail merge to email.

I have my software on two pc's one is a Windows pc and the other a Mac, I have the same issue on both. Both pc's have the Outlook 2016 set as the default mail client.

Could anyone provide any insight into what I could try to fix this?
