Default Problem select field directly with 1 click

Hi all,

windows 7 64bit. Office 2013 Standard.
When open mail merge usually you can select the entire field with 1 mouse click. In this case it won't be highlighted with 1 click, it seems like it's normal text and nota field.
It only highlight if I click on the button "Highlights merge fields".
I try on another pc running office 2013 or office 2016 standard and it work normally.
I try to repair word, unistall word and clean registry before reinstall it, but the problem still.

I attach the correct behaviour that word have to done. In my case the field don't highlight.

Please help

Thank you
