Hello....my first attempt to use this forum. Can anyone help me?



I am preparing a mail merge and successfully set up my envelope address box for the delivery address. It has 6 lines, the last 3 lines being address lines. When I preview my address box, it seems lines 5 and 6 print on the same line. I cannot figure out what I did wrong or why it would not follow my field matches and separate those 2 lines on the envelope.

Any insight or suggestions would be appreciated......Rob

Why don't you post the envelope template so we can see what you have done to screw it up?

or forget Mail Merge and try http://www.gmayor.com/Envelope_Label_Add_In.htm which will use Excel, Outlook or Access data to create envelopes using a pre-prepared envelope template (supplied).
