Creating and merging QR codes with Word 2013?

Hi all

Hope someone can help me. I have a list of 30 URLS which I want to create Qr codes for and then mail-merge them. I have other fields, standard mail-merge type fields such as name etc but really want to have a qr code come out with them. How is this possible or is it even?

I currently have the list of urls in excel and then want to create a mail-merge from the excel list but I am at a loss on how to get the QR code for the url, embed into the excel sheet and then mail-merge. There has to be a way right?
