Insert Picture Mail Merge

Hello

I am trying to Mail Merge a document, that when a Mail Merge Company name is inserted, in the box next to have their company logo appear. I have tried Insert Picture, but keeps showing the same company logo, not one of the different logos.

Please can anyone help?
